Here is the design software i used to create my scrolling background. We had to go out and take pictures of college i took some of the front of college. Once in the software we had to animate all our pictures so that at the end they are moving and create a little clip of moving images. In this screenshot there are many different tools what we used to do this process as you can see the slider at the bottom that is to go back and forth on your selection of images. Also there are many tools at the side what we didn't use but we used the library tab in that section to put our images in.
